Bottom Line:  The 3200 Series folding chair from National Public Seating is a quality and affordable upholstered chair that provides a sophisticated look even for a folding chair.

Pros:  Significant warranty, double riveted cross braces, polished look, Cal 117 rated, Scotch-guarded, no exposed tabs, readily available for quick shipment, and double hinged for strength.
