It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like “Winter”

I’m sitting in our family room with the fireplace going strong.  The temperature here is Ohio has turned bitter this week.  It’s already the last month of the year!  Yes, it’s beginning to look a lot like winter!

This is the time of year that churches in the northern half of the country start to see those mostly unused coat racks begin to be used again.  And in many situations, there never seems to be enough space for all the coats people have.  When churches are constructed, every dollar matters and often the amount of coat storage ends up being less than optimal.  Also, wall space is important for display purposes in heavy traffic flow areas and permanently mounted coat racks are simply not very attractive either.

The Church Furniture Partner has found that portable and fold-able coat storage has become a very popular solution for churches with seasonal needs.  And the Mega-Rak Series from Magnuson Group is simply the best solution I’m aware of.   Mega Raks are able to accommodate a large numbers of coats when set up, and store in a small space when folded until needed again.  The MR-801 Series opens to 8 feet and has vinyl coated wire shelves which will handle up to 100 hangers.  There’s also a steel hook model that can handle even more coats.  For a smaller option, the MR-611 Series opens to 6 feet with a corresponding reduction in hanger or hooks respectively.

If you’re in need of some extra coat storage this winter, contact our friends over at Church Furniture Partner.  Their pricing on the Mega-Rak Series will be significantly less than what you will find elsewhere.
