Real Life Church Purchasing Stories!

This past fall Calvary Assembly of God Church in Toledo, OH contacted us regarding their in-process coffee-shop construction project.  There were a substantial amount of furnishings they were desiring, but the online efforts they were extending were proving to be quite frustrating to those charged with this responsibility.  Their architect suggested they contact Save Your Church Money as she hadworked with us on a past project.  The church chose to do so and we are so pleased they did!

We were able to serve as a one-stop source with low pricing for essentially everything they needed to make this new area attractive, functional and affordable.  For the table, chair and bar-stool areas of their coffee-shop we utilized Oak Street Manufacturing.  For their soft seating needs we were aware of some outstanding specials available that month from Office Star Products.  They desired a unique finish on several coffee and end tables, which immediately caused us to think of Lesro Industries.  We provided all of their coffee brewing and thermo-fresh serving equipment through our special relationship with Bunn-o-Matic.  Waste receptacles to fit their decor were provided by Safco Products.  The list goes on, but as often happens, our relationship with the church developed into a trusted partnership.  The project was completed within budget and the journey together was very enjoyable.

The pastor’s wife wrote us this note after the project was completed, “The real reason I’m writing you is to THANK YOU for your service.  I cannot tell you how helpful you have been!  We are very pleased with everything you ordered.  Thanks for the advice along the way…and the incredible deals.  What an awesome ministry this is…to help churches wisely use the resources God has blessed them with.  May God bless you and your church as you bless others!  If you are ever in Toledo, stop by for a coffee!…you have become a familiar name to Calvary, we’d love to meet you!” This note was the best part of the entire experience by far!
